See Which Website Pages Actually Bring You Leads
The short answer
Once lead tracking is in place, AI reads your analytics and Search Console data and tells you, in plain English, which pages people visit before they call, book, or fill out a form. It runs on its own with access that can only read, and posts a short summary each month. You can also text Otto in your SCC Portal anytime, like "which page brought the most quote requests this month?"
Coming soonOtto and the SCC Portal are coming soon. Until then, a real person on our team handles your website changes.
The problem
Most owners know which services make them money. Very few know which website pages bring in the calls. You might have a page for every service you offer and a blog you’ve been told to keep up, but no idea whether the water heater page brings in three leads a month or none.
That blind spot leads to guessing. You spend money writing new blog posts when the old service page is doing all the work, or you ignore a page that’s getting plenty of visits but losing people right before they reach out. The data to answer this usually exists in Google Analytics. It’s just buried behind reports most people never open.
How it works
- We confirm your lead tracking works (forms, phone clicks, bookings). If it doesn’t, we set it up first with a person installing and testing it.
- The workflow gets access to read Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. It can look, but it can’t change anything.
- Each month, AI pulls the numbers and works out which pages people visited before they became a lead, and which search terms brought them there.
- It writes a short summary: your top lead pages, pages getting traffic without leads, and one or two plain suggestions worth a look.
- The summary lands in your inbox. You can text Otto follow up questions in your SCC Portal.
Human checkpoints
It runs on its own, because it only reads data and reports on it.
- Access is limited to reading your analytics and Search Console accounts.
- Any suggestion that involves changing your website still goes through Otto, with your approval.
- Our team reviews the reports on a schedule to make sure they stay accurate and useful.
What it doesn’t do
It can’t see leads that never touch your website, like referrals, walk ins, or someone who found your number on a truck. It won’t tell you which leads turned into paying jobs unless that information lives somewhere we’ve connected. And on a site with very little traffic, there may not be enough data to say much yet, which the report will tell you honestly instead of stretching.
Illustrative outcome
Imagine a plumbing company that’s been writing a blog post every month. The summary shows that most form submissions come from two service pages, while the blog brings visits but rarely a call. The owner stops paying for monthly posts and puts that effort into improving the pages that actually ring the phone.
